CDP is looking for a highly motivated and organized professional with good analytical and communication skills to support CDP's activities within the Corporates and Supply Chain program in Latin America.

By working with investors with assets under management of US$134 trillion, we leverage the leverage of investors and buyers to motivate companies to report and manage their environmental impacts.
Main responsibilities:
- Support companies from all sectors in terms of navigability of the reporting platform, technical and theoretical support on CDP questionnaires, usability of guides, scoring methodologies and technical problems of users in the systems involved.
- Engage companies in the Latin America region from various sectors to convince them to start disclosing to CDP
- Communicate via email, phone calls, and meetings with companies from Latin American countries.
- Support to generate sales leads for CDP’s membership programs (Reporter Services, Supply Chain).
- Support in the development of training and capacity building materials for companies, such as logistics, translations, reports, and PowerPoint presentation and, eventually, oral presentation.
- Support in communication processes and dissemination of content, translating materials, and creating presentations.
- Opportunities to assist on projects for the global CDP team as they arise.
Desired criteria:
- Expertise in corporate environmental management, engineering and environmental sciences, as well as experience in sustainability.
- Passion for sustainability and natural resource management.
- A high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel experience, will be crucial
- Advanced level in English and Spanish (Portuguese will be an advantage).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Motivation to learn and seek new knowledge and new technologies.
- The willingness and capacity to enhance and streamline processes to more effectively and efficiently accomplish program objectives.
- Self-motivation and ability to work in a multicultural team at the regional and global level.
This is a full-time position based in CDP's São Paulo office, reporting to the Disclosure Lead, LATAM, with flexibility for hybrid working.
Salary and benefits (Brazil):
- Hybrid Work:
- Transportation allowance according to CLT legislation and hybrid work policy.
- Flash Card meal category monthly worth R$960.00
- Additional cost support for maintenance and/or occasional needs in home office of R$70.00 monthly (deposited on the meal card).
